Hey, I posted the Friday deadlifts in my log. Widened the stance, I feel like its a stronger position. Last video you looked at, that day I ended by trying 365 and couldn't move it. This time I tried it and it went up, albeit with some rounding. I doubt I've got stronger since last time, so the positioning must've been better.

I'll have some squat videos up tomorrow, I was working with 225 and I think I might have figured out the knee slide issue but of course I'm sure there is more problems.

I was going to PM this to you, but it said you have too much in your inbox lol

    1. Doing a push-pull in Aug. Aiming for 950-975.
    2. I can't rid myself of a lateral hip shift at the bottom of back squats. It's tiny, but it's there and it's fucking my SI joint... & my QL is permanently locked down. Going to see a podiatrist, but not back squatting until I get the asymmetry resolved. Front squats make things feel better.
Holy Shit! You're doing the Alki Meet? Something to work towards. Cool

Oh' what did the doc say?

Psyched for Alki. Good luck on Sat.

Podiatrist forthcoming; in the meantime lots of snatch grip deads.

Seriously? I thought the last rep was the worst as I rounded some (it seems like I was resorting to erectors/quads)... I'll keep working on it.

Meh. Wasn't perfect, but that was 365, right? Just keep refining. Keep getting tighter.
