A lift only 11 hours after GPP and conditioning.....I've made better decisions. ontop of that, the gym 1. didn't have 2.5lb plates (wtf) and 2. was playing Pocahontas music and Eric Clapton....not exactly conducive to hardcore-ness.

Oh wait.....yea, was supposed to do paused squats next. but instead, was thrown out of my gym, membership cancelled and was accused of training other people because I was teaching a friend how to properly bench with full range of motion.
