    Interested to know, just to compare how training effects your court time.

    Unfortunately former - played all of high school so by the time my weightlifting kicked in I had been off the courts for a while.

    A lift only 11 hours after GPP and conditioning.....I've made better decisions. ontop of that, the gym 1. didn't have 2.5lb plates (wtf) and 2. was playing Pocahontas music and Eric Clapton....not exactly conducive to hardcore-ness.

    WOW. That's pretty effed up. Where was this? (You know, so I know where NOT to go.)

    Also, it's times like these that make me grateful for every chance I get to train in a non-normal people gym.
