    It was appalling. The best was when he says "members can't train with members. You must train alone." I was like yep, good idea to have no spotters at all, that's not dangerous or anything.

    Synergy is especially fucked up for average gyms. Which one did you go to? If it was either one on 14th, you should check out NYSC in Union Square. It's huge and I've never seen any people get into trouble for working out together and "coaching" each other.

    It was actually the one on 31/Lex. It is absurd. Going to switch over to something new to make sure the gainzzz still happen

    attended a lifting seminar with Brandon Lilly & Chad Smith - worked on some deadlift/squat/bench form.

    Walked out having pulled a 250 single (35lb PR since February's meet) and benched a 135 single, same as third attempt PR at the meet.

    July is looking mighty awesome right now
