    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    There were a handful of workouts in there. A couple of times I worked up to around 405 or so, and I know on at least one occasion I did like 315 for a set of 10. All just maintenance stuff. Usually several weeks would pass between workouts.

    Saturday 4/26

    Conditioning

    4 x 400m "sprints" (400m walk as rest)

    Took my 4 and 5 year old son/daughter to the track with me this afternoon. They helped keep my mind off the misery of running by intermittently shooting me with NERF darts from their toy guns as I ran.

    Hehe. They sure can brighten any day. My son (1 year and 3 months) runs around with my 0.5 kg eleiko weights (takes after his dad, 1 room in the house is the gym, fun to play in!!

    By the way why are you doing so much conditioning?

    Monday 4/28

    4" Deficit Deadlift

    5 x 225 x 2 sets
    1 x 315
    1 x 405
    1 x 455
    1 x 495
    1 x 515
    3 x 465
    7 x 410

    Sled Pulling

    10 trips w/ 3 plates (a trip in the back lot is about 80yds). 1 min rest btw trips

    Happy with 515 considering two weeks ago I only pulled 495 off the floor. With my T-Rex arms a 4" deficit has me down in a pretty deep squat position.

    But you are none of those things. Proof? 505 squat=big, strong, alot of muscles
