Squat - worked up to 500x2, then 455x5
Sunday 12/21
DB Incline 5 x 8-12 (100s down to 80s in descending sets)
Bench Press 3 x 8-12 x 225

Pulldowns 6 x 10-12

Sled Pulling - a bunch. About 40 minutes non-stop

Deficit Deadlifts
10 x 315 (4 inch block)

Took 2 minutes between sets. Had to break up the last 3 sets into chunks. Low back locked up on me. I gave myself 60 seconds rest during mid-set breaks.
Not sure why I did this workout. It just seemed like the thing to do at the time. Deadlifts were on the schedule, but I didn't feel like going heavy.

Unleashing my inner closet bodybuilder this week....he should probably go back in the closet. Kind of unimpressive
