    Conditioning: Ran a mile.

    I would have timed it but I forgot my sundial.

    Diet:

    1) Egg whites, 1 banana
    2) Chicken and Rice
    3) Chicken, Rice, Peas, sauteed spinach/onion mix

    Hey Andy,does doing 200m sprint not affects your squat or deadlift?I am just curious as a sprinter.

    Not really. As long as I don't do it the day before squats/pulls. Also, keep in mind that "sprint" is a strong word for what I am doing on the track at this point.
