    That shieko is tough to keep at. I did a round last winter and loved the gains but hated how burnt out I was at the end of the program. Good luck!

    Yeah I believe it the volume is pretty tough. I've had to cut down on some of it because if I didn't I'd be in the gym for 4 hours and I just can't swing that. I'm having a lot of fun with it though.
