    I've been training. I missed a bunch of days last month since I've been out of town for work and when I got back I was too lazy to log all of the sessions that I didn't write down. I'll get my shit together after tonight's training session and log that shit.

    I'm 8 weeks out from the USAPL Twin Ports Raw Open in Duluth, MN on 05/30/15. I am running two 4 week Sheiko programs back to back. The first one is CMS-MS Prep and then CMS-MS Comp. I'm looking to hit 650/460/650 at this meet.
