    I think they just didn't want to spill their beers. Water was low, and we got hung up a lot, so I did lots of raftprowler pushing too, which I forgot to mention above.

    Squat: 285 x 17, 285 x 6 (dammit!)
    Bench: 160 x 5, 185 x 5, 210 x 9
    Slingshot bench: 250 x 5 @ 8
    Press: 105 x 10 x 3, 100 x 10 x 2
    Chins: +62 x 8,5,4,3,2,1

    A big fat 157 lbs. I did too much breathing on the squats. Gotta grind through. Punished myself with "debt reps" and going to hit all 20 at 295 next Monday, when I haven't just spent a weekend sleeping in the woods and drinking immoderate quantities of beer.

    Also the yelling would have helped. It's okay, I got my tonnage in plus a little. Still moving forward.

    Don't worry Shadood, I already said it was your fault he missed reps because you didn't show up.

    Skillin, solid work tonight. Bar speed did not suggest you were about to fail a rep. More weight next week and you'll nail it.

    Adam, I spent the last 14 years drinking immoderate quantities of beer. That's no excuse for failure! (Of course I never was crazy enough to squat 20 reps during this time.)

    No excuses. Definitely getting my 20 reps next week. Should have had them tonight, I paid my debt reps, and I'm back on the horse. 3 weeks to go, 315 x 20 will be mine.

    Press: 115 x 5, 130 x 5, 147.5 x 6 (failed the 7th)
    Bench: 150 x 10 x 5

    Not crying, but would have hit more reps had I done press tomorrow, except I have tentative social plans that necessitate a quick getaway. Made the most of it.

    6/4/15:
    Deadlift: 310 x 5, 360 x 5, 405 x 6
    I still suck at pulling in shoes, even my new Adipowers, and I had to get in, get my main work done, and get out. Total gym time was absurdly short, like 15-20 minutes. Still hovering at 154-155 lbs.

    Power Cleans: 95 x 3, 115 x 3, 135 x 3, 155 x 3,3,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 (15 total)
    Squat: 225 x 5 x 2
    Dips: 33,25,23
    Curlzz: 65 x 12, 75 x 10, 85 x 8

    Later in the day, just to be a show-off:
    Press: 145 x 5 no warmup
