    6/11/15:
    Press: 135 x 5, 150 x 3, 165 x 5 (PR I think)
    Bench: 155 x 10 x 3, 145 x 10 x 2
    Deadlift: 360 x 5, 405 x 3, 455 x 2@10(still suck at pulling in shoes)

Think I'm getting bigger. Still have abzz. Haven't scaled the scale.

Nice work. More than bw for a set of 5. Now if you can just make those abzz disappear. I can give you a few pointers.

Ha ha, thanks and thanks. 185 is definitely there. Can't wait to hit a plate and a "half"

That is a good press man. You should expect some nice upper body gains with the increased BW.

Well I thought I was looking bigger, but the scale still put me in the 153 zone this morning. Oh well, puts the press that much closer to "impressive," and just means that I need to buy a case of peanut butter.

I'm definitely going to up the milk intake some. The peanut butter thing was a joke. It does do a great job of hiding my abzzz, but it's summer, so I am chasing elusive unicorns like clean bulks and gaining muscle without looking like a bag of pudge at the pool and beach. I know, heresy, apostasy, burn me at the stake. Just trying to take it slow.

Because I think it's better to pull in shoes, and I'm trying to shove my ego aside and keep the shoes on until I hit a meet prep cycle. Obviously I'll pull in flats at meets, at least for so long as it allows me to lift ~30 lbs more than pulling in my oly shoes. Plus I can always use a little extra quad work, even if it's only an extra inch. Have you seen these sticks I call legs?
