Squat: 355 x 3 x 3, 340 x 3 x 2
Bench: 180 x 5, 205 x 5, 230 x 5
Slingshot Bench: 245 x 7
Bench (no slingshot): 177.5 x 12
Chin-ups: +45 x 11, 6
Going on vacation (Delaware again). Will definitely train, but log updates will have to wait.
Back in town, all caught up on sleep, sunshine, and beer to keep me going for quite a while. Here's what happened:
7/9/15: (Midway Fitness - Rehoboth Beach)
Squat: 365 x 4 (failed a fifth. damn)
Press: 140 x 5, 160 x 3, 175 x 1, 170 x 2, 160 x 2 x 2, 135 x 8
Deadlift (in PPII's): 370 x 5, 420 x 3, 470 x 1
7/11/15: Clubhouse "gym" at my dad's place
Power Cleans: 165 x 3 x 5 (if the bar weight was actually 45#. Who knows?)
CGBP: 185 x 8 x 3 (same caveat)
Dumbbell silliness. Lots of high rep ridiculous stuff. Only went up to 50's.
7/13/15: Back at Midway:
Squat: 330 x 8 x 3 (8's still suck)
Bench: 225 x 6,3,3,3,3,3
Seated Cable Rows: "120" x 25 (120 what? Hell if I know. How can an otherwise legit gym have no straight chin-up bar anywhere?)
Brought the old PPII's with me. I think I actually like them more than the Adipowers.
Missed ya man. Vacation workouts are never great for me. At least you went and hit it hard!
