    Squat: 390 x 3 (PR)
    Bench: 195 x 8 x 5. Holy tonnage.
    Deadlift (still wearing the shoes): 420 x 1 x 8 in 06:32. All w/ hook grip. It's growing on me.

    just wanted to say congrats. great numbers, especially the squat. I weigh 10-15lbs more, and couldn't think of doing what your doing. Nice job.

    Heavy. But more like a 9.2 than a 10. I am pretty sure I have 420+ in me. Gotta keep eating.
