    Iron Fest. 8/9, 1072.5

    Squat:
    370 - good
    385 - good
    400 - good

    Press:
    165 - good
    172.5 - good
    180 - failed

    Deadlift:
    470 - good
    490 - good
    500 - good

    Left almost nothing on the platform today. Really happy with this. Nice to leave the 148's on a high note. 165's, here I come.

    Thanks, Dr. P. I was truly impressed by how well it was run. You, Dana, Rori, Nick, and the rest provided a truly amazing atmosphere to lift in, and I know I got at least 20 lbs out of the pure electricity in the room today.

    I was glad Brian and Grant could get their first taste of competition in such an awesome venue, not to mention the fantastic lifting I got to witness throughout both flights today. I'm proud to have taken part in it.

    Here's a video of the 500 deadlift. I'll post the 400 squat when I have it.
