Deload week (for squats and deads) done. More accumulation beginning Tuesday. Looking forward to it. Need to sleep extra this weekend.

Bench: 225x3x3. Light day. Gonna attempt a new PR later this week.
I expect something hodge.
Thanks for the encouragement, gentlemens. I've added a ton of volume and frequency, and played with the baby slingshot for 6 weeks. Time to reap the rewards.

Block Pull: 425x3x4
weigh-out: 164.2. No wonder it felt heavy.
3/10/17:
Bench (touch and go): 255 x 1, 275 x 1, 290 x 1 (5 lb PR with 5 in the tank)
Deadlift: 465x1, 425 x 3 x 4
Paused Squat: 325 x 3 x 4 I hate these. Good hate. Need moar.
