    2/28/17: Squat: 315x3x3

    3/1/17: Bench: 250x3x10

    3/3/17: Slingshot Bench: 315x1, 275x4x3 / Deadlift: 390x3x3

    Deload week (for squats and deads) done. More accumulation beginning Tuesday. Looking forward to it. Need to sleep extra this weekend.

    Thanks for the encouragement, gentlemens. I've added a ton of volume and frequency, and played with the baby slingshot for 6 weeks. Time to reap the rewards.

    Squat: 370x1, 340x3x5
    Block Pull: 425x3x4

    weigh-out: 164.2. No wonder it felt heavy.

    Bench (touch and go): 255 x 1, 275 x 1, 290 x 1 (5 lb PR with 5 in the tank)
    Deadlift: 465x1, 425 x 3 x 4
    Paused Squat: 325 x 3 x 4 I hate these. Good hate. Need moar.
