    The loft is no more. These days, I coach lifters in a real gym (a nice one, with exceedingly few squat rack curlers, round plates, real barbells, in which chalk is provided and deadlifts are permitted to be put down). About half of my own lifting is done there, and the rest is done in a top secret, underground bunker (that sounds cooler than "my friend's basement," right?) where my equipment is presently set up.
