Solo workout for Xmas Eve:
Squat: 155 x 15, 180 x 15, 205 x 15
Bench: 225 x 5 x 3
Deadlift: 425 x 5
Some supplemental grip stuff
I'm sure my erectors will be smoked for squatting 215 x 15 tomorrow, but I had to get a real workout in. No PR's today, but I definitely proved to myself that I haven't lost too significant an amount of strength over the past few weeks.
