    Yeah, it's weird to think back to the day when sitting on the couch for a few hours was a huge accomplishment and realize it was literally last month. The human body can do some really odd and amazing things when it's forced to. Thanks for stopping by.

    Wow, thanks guys. From my point of view, the rehab process has been mostly annoying and occasionally a little scary, but "inspiring" never came to mind.

    CGBP: 200 x 8 x 3
    Bent-over row: 185 x 10,8

    You would have done the same thing, don't deny it. It's light day, you'd be more concerned if they were heavy reps.

    Bench: 232.5 x 5 x 2, 4(f) x 1. Knew I should have switched to 3's. Bad sleep last night too.
    Chin-up challenge: + 75 x 5 x 5, + 75 x 4
