Squat: 290 x 8 x 3 (getting excited and NDTFP on light day once again)
CGBP: 220 x 4 x 2 (did a 5th rep on set 2, but ass came off the bench)
Sloppy DB rows: 110 x 10 x 3
Arms were legitimately smoked from an hour of all out jiu jitsu brawling last night. No excuses, but that's why Saturday morning is light day.
