That doesn't sound like any fun at all. A 20 minute density block? Sheeeet.

It's gonna be like a 4th day nuclear DOMS attack. You wait ha

You're going to be fine, sit down for lunch, and not be able to get back up.

Are your thighs 22" in circumference at their thickest point? I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder, I just want to put on some mass so A. I can get my total up to 1350-1400 in the 165's (ha!) and B. I don't look like a guy who skips leg day (I do legs every day, WTF genetics!)

The whole point here is that 315 x 20 can't be done with 22's. I can't believe it's possible. You do not have 22's. So your experience isn't changing my course of action.

It's not that I have a hard time gaining weight. I can gain weight at will. And it always involves many potatoes. It's that none of it seems to go to my legs. Hence the TBR difficulties.

Do SSC's perform femur shortening surguries now? I will pay you in frosted poptarts to do it in a back alley or a bath tub full of ice.

Can't make that deal, frosting is a gluten, remember?

    5/21/15:
    Press: 110 x 5, 125 x 5, 145 x 7
Deadlift: 305 x whoops - back went snap, crackle, pop. I probably shouldn't have pushed it, but I wanted to see what it could do.
    Bench: 135 x 10 x 5
Jumping up and down like a moron: 1 x 20 (only leg exercise I could think of that was feasible)
Chins: AMRAP in 7 = 70. Paced these poorly. Guns got pumped regardless.

More vitamin I is in my future.
