Going to try and start putting my logs here as well as my note book that I've been using the past several months.

Training for a couple of meets in 2017 with one being in January and the other in June.

    STATS:
    AGE: 30
    HEIGHT: 5'7
    WEIGHT: 195lbs

(All weight listed in pounds and working sets listed only)

    11-28-16
    Presses: 160 x 5 x 3 (3 min rest between sets)
    Squats: 320 x 5 x 3 (5-6 min rest between sets)

Notes: After doing several resets in the Program I have switched to doing 5 sets of 3 for my working sets and have still been able to progress each sessions by at least 5lbs and will continue this until progress stalls.

    the above reads (to me) : 160 for 5 reps for 3 times(sets) . . . 160 3x5 reads: 160 for 3 set of fhive

Ok, I've seen plenty of guys write it that way including Rip and Andy so thanks!

    11-30-16

    Bench: 225x5x3, 275x2x3, 285x1x2

Notes: Was pressed on time due to wife needing to go to her class and my turn to watch little man, added with a lack of sleep the past few nights made this session a weak and pathetic one.

    Squats: 325x5x3 325x3 12/02/16 - YouTube

Notes: Did better than I thought I would on squats, knee sleeves feel great! 5 min rest between sets seemed to be great for his session.

    Presses: 165x5x3
    Bench: 265x4x3

Notes: Presses felt great tonight, the weight was really easy. Failed my last set on bench, most likely due to doing presses before hand but no squat rack or deadlift space was available during the time I was in the gym so made the adjustment to do bench after presses.

    Deadlifts: 365x1X3, 315X1X3

Notes: Did deadlifts for the first time in a couple of weeks due to torn hands, I worked double overhand grip with straps for 365 for a set of 3. The palms felt great and have healed nicely. I did some pendlay rows after deads at 135x3x5 and felt great.

    Squats: 330x5x31 407x1

Notes: Squats felt great tonight, used my knee sleeves and a 5 min rest between sets. Bug bit me and took 407 for a single and it was tough but good to get under it.
