Bench: 160 x 5, 185 x 5, 210 x 9
Slingshot bench: 250 x 5 @ 8
Press: 105 x 10 x 3, 100 x 10 x 2
Chins: +62 x 8,5,4,3,2,1
A big fat 157 lbs. I did too much breathing on the squats. Gotta grind through. Punished myself with "debt reps" and going to hit all 20 at 295 next Monday, when I haven't just spent a weekend sleeping in the woods and drinking immoderate quantities of beer.
