I think I could squat 400+ for a single now. Gonna blow it out of the water on 8/2. But yeah, I can re-focus on jiu jitsu after the USAPL gives me my damn trophy, and work a less difficult-to-recover-from progression so that I can focus on my Jits, while continuing to add weight to the bar and my overly small frame on a more gradual basis.
