    Thanks Walter and Karl!

    Sunday 10 April 2016
    Bwt 225

    Low volume day

    Standard warmup and shoulder Protocol

    Press.
    45x10,80x5,100x5,120x3
    127.5x5
    147.5x5
    167.5x5
    177.5x5

    Deadlift
    135x5,225x3,315x1,405x1
465x5 PR! getting mentally tough now. This is 20 pounds above my previous 5 rm before my injury that yielded 510 for a single.

    Reverse grip rows
Pendlay first rep, hanging thereafter to get a better eccentric stimulus.
225x5x3. Reduced weight and reps because it's low volume day.

Nice work, Bryan. I love that you do this on the sidewalk in your neighborhood.
FWIW: my handy-dandy 1RM calculator suggests that you could expect something around 540 based on this set.

    Thanks! I want more!
Truthfully it's going to be demanding to keep up the simplicity.

That's my alley behind the house but it is fairly open back there. It is a lot like sprinting outside.
There is no music, there is sunshine, birds chirping and a breeze.
Suddenly, it is just your will to keep trying, no buddies or music to psyche you up, just your cues and the bar.

    Shoulder protocol and barbell warmup

Medium volume day keep the pace at 3 minutes bench and 4 on squat.

Bench press no wrist wraps or belt
    45 x10,110x5,135x5,162.5x5
    177.5x5
    202.5x5
    230x5
    245x6 pr
    230x8 pr

Squat high bar no belt or sleeves.
    160x5,200x5,240x3
    260x5
    300x5
    340x5
    360x5
    340x5
( I really look forward to a belt and lowbar when this is easy weight) but I want to see what sustained training like this does.
This was frying me at a 4 minute pace.

    Pull-ups
10,7,5,5. Kept the rest short for intensity.

It will be nice to have an outdoor gym more often after you move.

    Yes! It is a criteria.

Being able to redue the training area and have more dedicated space will make me happy.
