    Deadlift 10mm belt and shoes.
    135x4,3,225x3,315x1,405x1
    450x6x5sets all hooked

    Pin bench mid range start(second weak spot) concentric only press grip. Just some assistance volume.

    Bench press 45x20,95x5,135x3,185x1
    217.5x2x5
    Performance degradation noticed in bar speed.

    Squat bar warmup then
    Squat 135x5,225x3,315x1,365x1. Sleeves and 10mm belt
    410x6x5sets..well damn I suprised myself..it wasn't easy but I got all the work.
    I noticed with the bar a little higher on or above the spine of scap I get better performance.. either the shoes or the fatigued back.

    Squat overlaod walk out and static holds 585x3 sets

    Ok, I was sluggish this morning hardly wanted to move, I really had to drag myself out to the garage and do this. My performance was suppressed but strong enough to do the squats., wife notices the change when I have reached overload quicker than I see it.
    That wraps up the accumulation portion of this if you are a blockhead.

    It's an excursion in the loading scheme, I could not live here. The volume progression goes easy, medium, hard and what the hell was I thinking?

    Shoulder protocol a little pm.

    Deadlift
    135x4,3,225x3,315x1,375x1
    427.5x5x5 set 3&4 strapped the rest hooked.( strapping let me focus more mental energy on my hip start. Then it stuck when I hooked the last set..just some technical ironing) no wild pulls just solid technical volume.

    Concentric assistance.

    Sled row 165# including sled up hill and down hill
    Trip up and a trip back..60-70 reps
    High push 7 times. Rested by unloading th deadlift bar.


    If I had a training partner I would try Anderson squats here but no way am I doing the load unload thing to avoid eccentric assistance .
