200xfmmore in this later. I got up to a point where I normally can grind out this every day possible single but couldn't produce the force.

    135x10
    135x9,135x8

Dips 3x10 bw feel safe with these. Will add weight.

    Curls 110x4,100x6,90x8,70x10

A bunch of very light lat pulldowns. Can't do pull-ups or chins.

An update on my left arm pulling pain. It's definately a proximal tricep strain muscle injury or tendonpathy. may be impacting a lot of things. I can still hit training weights, but feel around 90percent on top end pressing movements. I am conflicted on cutting the rows and pull-ups or just keeping them light.

Thanks, they seem few and far between for a while. Lots of grind and dissapointments between PRs. Lol

Yeah, I hear you. I wish I could keep it together for reps on the deadlift like that.

Been landscaping all weekend shoveling rock into a wheel barrow and moving it around, even up hills. In addition I planted a huge tree yesterday. I enjoy
the work but today wasn't a "fresh" Monday"

    Squat with belt and rehbands
    45x10,135x5,225x3,315x1,405x1
    420x4
370x6x3 Opted for lower volume today. missed the rack racking the second set, seeing if my left wrist and shoulder hate me later.

    deficit SLDL
335x6x3 Slow and steady but I got them all and got stricter this time.

    Abs and calves.

Andy Baker has alot of variations I suck at in the program. This will make me better.

Just getting caught up with your log. As expected, you've continued your highly disciplined approach. How long have you been consistently lifting now? 4 years?

Since. 2012 had to take some of 2015 off for surgery and recovery and basicly didn't bench most that year.

Sleep data is cool I don't know how I can use it but it's fun. Apparently I get more R.E.M. Than average for my age.

    Last night I slept 8:01
    Light sleep-5:18
    R.E.M.-2:16
    Deep-27 minutes
