    Hey their is a USPA push pull in Abq end of August. Haven't heard shit from USAPL since March.

    Also Colorado will have a fall classic in September. I am not inititiating a peaking cycle anytime soon.

    Today sucked at work. Lots of severances. The ideas and organization going forward is exciting, but what a draining day. Instead of the air conditioned gym I went home first then used my no warmup really required garage.

    Bwt 221 ? No more alcohol on days prior to work, I need to eat ice cream or something or I will slip some more weight.

    190x2,190x1 pressing strength is off a little, not too worried about it could be fatigue, lighter body weight, the gym bar, whatever, this building phase continues, when I want to display strength I will remove all the extra work but for now I will keep paying the mass toll.
