Dropped a rep on downsets And added a set,
Despite only doing comp squat once every two weeks right now I feel I am making progress with the lift. All the other lower body work has to have some carry over.
(Front squat, pause squat, split squat and all the different pulls)

Thanks! setting rep prs@9 has been my target but I might go ahead and pull it for five in a couple of weeks. 495-505 for 5 is coming.
