    I added to the bench and squat
    Squat 505
    Bench 285
    My deadlift needs a taper and I was unable to display what I am capable of.I easily hit 545 but 565 was not there that day.

    This Years progress displayed.
    Squat 475 to 505
    Bench 265to 285
    Deadlift 525 to 555 I believe there is a bunch more but I just don’t want to unload long enough to show it in the garage. The squat and bench recover much faster.

    I will leave for a couple of week vacation at the end of this week, I will treat it like a vacation but try to hit minimal maintenance that I can while traveling. Mainly I am going to go have fun so training is taking a back seat.

    I have already began to implement the changes I will take into 2018
    I am upping my bench/press slot from 4to 5 a week
    I also added a lower body slot from 4to 5 this goes to squat.

    In 2018 I need to avoid doing stupid shit with my shoulder and get the bench tp a reliable 300plus(no more dips)
    I want to keep adding to the squat, another 20-30 pounds of progress would be awesome.
    I want to show some progress towards 600 on the deadlift, finding a well placed and timed meet will give me a reason to taper for a real attempt.

    I turn 47 in January
    I plan to keep progressing as long as I am blessed with the ability and time to do so.

    Thanks! I don’t know if it was smart or not but i had to finish it correctly to feel I owned it.

    2 weeks away, we went on a cruise and had a good time. I was doing pretty good on not giving a damn about what I ate and drank and relaxing about training and thinking about my outlook on work and life.
    I got a few maintenance sessions in doing leg presses, lunges, dumbbell RDLS dumbell and machine presses etc. Nothing hard and not a whole lot of volume.
    Went to grand cayman , Cartagena Columbia, Aruba again!, Caracau again and to Bonaire, which is an underwater wonderland for anyone who dives and or snorkels.

    Planning my next year of training I will begin with a block of a building work capacity back up along with a little conditioning. My diet will start in a deficit.
    I came back with a wicked cold! So that will be fun Tommorow when I resume documented training, I feel fresher from the break.

    Left abductor still tender but it did not interfere with my movements today, neither did it flare up after. May be back to normal by Sunday.
