A fast paced workday, I also loaded up a queen sized bed set with enedstands and heavy head/footboard and unloaded and did loaded carries by myself delivering x mas to single moms and there kids.
Didn’t eat enough yet still have 1100 calories to go today

Bwt 223.8 plummeting..cutting is easy, just shove less stuff in your pie hole. Measuring helps qualify that it is indeed less.

315x5x3. Again easy but no pressure to push more work on this slot. I am up to 18 work sets for lower body this week from 14 last. No need to thrash myself as Sunday is the more important competition squats.
Decided to push the final bench assistance slot and chin-ups and fluff to Tommorow. Adding a 4th day to spread the load and keep times reasonable.

Could do more work on these but this seems effective at the moment and I don’t see a reason to take the time or resources. Lp these back to decent getting easier with the weight loss of course. So I wore jeans with belt, sweatshirt and all that stuff to keep,the weight close to the same.
Weekly lower body work sets
18 with 93 total working reps
Weekly upper body pressing sets
19 with 110 total working reps.
Feels pretty sustainable

RDLS 135x5,225x5,315x8x3 lighter version this week I think deficit SLDL is more effective but it has a wear and tear factor On me I need to be aware of so I insert a very light version every now and then to get some work but reduce some stress.

All work today was easy just working on developing the tolerable volume aspect. The discipline is not to worry about the working weights(and satisfy the ego with working set loads) and let the volume accumulation have a Chance to work.
