Kept volume work low/minimal after the @10ten set plus right elbow is fussy this week. Happy with these reps.
I do band pullaparts or facepulls for 30 seconds of tension between all pressing sets.
I will be working in West Texas soon. Decent gym available.

Wu some jumps over Bench for distance. Need to feel athletic every now and then. It comes back after 3-4 jumps. I don’t want to lose my ability to be sudden quite yet

Been busy and it’s hot and dusty in West Texas and very draining, back to Farmington NM Tommorow.
So what am I to do when life makes training a lower priority? (Selling house, new job,big moves coming)
Make what I do count and don’t stress about it.
Doing some simple 8-5-2 for a while focusing on staying healthy and capable and improving form. Starting light and leave some room for improvement with time. Body composition is doing good.
