Gassed so I passed on squat assistance today. I have been worried about my recent lethargy the need for an extra hour of sleep and sudden loss of work capacity since I got back toFarmington. I totally forgot about my alttitude and that I lose my adaption in two weeks. Life will fix that when it is time.

Pretty damn minimal amount of work going on. Some chronic aches are getting a little better at least.
House is for sale having showings, going through major simplification exercises basically giving away crap that just weighs us down, living room furniture, dining sets, big chairs that I never sit in.
Trying to sell most of my lifting equipment. I can reaquire at destination or use a someone else’s.

Hammer curls myo reps with 25s to rep drop.
Simple and quick. Bench Tommorow. I am teaching someone.lol @ me teaching bench.
Splitting up lifts again for elbow and bicep. Try to do any extra hypertrophy work on shoulders and chest and back until that heals I guesse. Curls probably are not beneficial.

21,7s did a ~4 down sets lost count. More of a volational failure than absolute in the end. Was worried about how tore up I will feel from all the new eccentric work.

Leg press 4x10 ascending with unloaded deadlift weights. It was there so “junk volume”
A couple of sets of land Mine rows.
Feeling good, nice and sustainable for high stress time.
It’s been in the 105-108 in sunny west Texas, in a day or two 111predicted.
