I have little dogs.. Shih Tzus. They can walk about a mile but I don't count that. They are too damn slow. A larger more energetic dog would " require" you to walk briskly for a distance.
I have some nice hilly terrain to walk and it gets my heart to target long enough without impacting my lifting. Looking forward "not" to winter snow walks in boots, coat and beanie.

Sounds like a perfect time to hit the curls!

Oh yeah, I might play chase the pump another day. The hammer curls were pretty fun.
I tried my wrist wraps on my power cleans today and it seemed to help my rack. no film of my jerks...no one wants to see that shit.
The clean and press feels much more natural.

Just screwing around until I start my next block
Not stimulating, just staying lose and dissipating.

    Front squat
    45x5x2,135x5,185x4,225x3x2

    Bench press pinkie on ring,
    45x20, 135x5, 185x5x2

    Chins
Bwx3, +10x3x4. Thinking of how to keep these in during the next cycle to progress. Maybe a GPP day or as a deadlift supplemental . I know lever rows work so well for actually helping my deadlift that I hate to substitute them and impact the primary goal.

    Hammer curls 25x15x3

    Last bit of non training

    Chin-ups and pull-ups 40 or 50 total

    2 mile stroll.

    Do some light mobility tomorrow
Most aches and pains have dissipated.( right shoulder and lower back are my primary hot points) My heart rate and nervous system feel and measure as well recovered.
Training block starts Sunday...I am starting to look forward to it again, which is nice..I need to have that desire to work hard.
