    TRAC
    Continue training as normal.

    press
    175x1
    195x1@9
    205x1@10 PR
    195x1@9.5
    195x1@10

    Squat
    405x2@8 with belt.
    445x2@9 with sleeves and belt
425x2@9 quick to fatigue. Lower back and hips still barking from Wednesdays overload work.

    Comp bench
    245x1
    260x2@8.5
270x2@10 running out of gas quickly now.
    255x2@9.5

I watched pulp fiction and handled a work emergency( it's my day off but I answered the phone) on the phone between sets/movement so my focus was not too intense.

Nice work, Bryan. What options does your programming give you when you're fried? I mean programming-wise, rather than within a workout.

If I am showing too much fatigue or stress I can cut the targeted fatigue...for example I may be programmed to5% fatigue work and will cut it to 2 or 3%. On the other end if I am doing well I can add fatigue. These are day to day adjustments. I try not to skip sessions or primary movements ever. For the long term after a few cycles of hammering myself I may give myself a few weeks of less intense volume work ..if I am completely not wanting to work anymore do to general "sick of this shit"syndrome, I can always cut frequency for a few weeks .

Currently I just overreached a bit the week ( performance dropping)before a test week. The light work this coming week should allow for some compensation. The only day I truly target to feel fresh is test day or meet day.
Although after this test and through the rest of the month I will probably just aim to stay accustomed to training but want feel generally healthy and mentally recharge.

Sunday 7 December 2014. Last heavy day. ..not much will left
Was going to train earlier but got called out to work for an emergency that took 4 hours to resolve.

    TRAC continue training as normal.
    Deadlift
    405x1
495x1@10 (two weeks in a row of squat overload work takes a toll, short term)
    470x1@9
    470x1@10

    Bench tng
    250x3@8
    250x1. Forgot to add weight
    265x3@9.5
    250x3@9

Squats warmup up to 405x1. Fizzle..... That's enough work anyhow.

As I stated in the post above..I am a bit overreached and performance is suppressed. I took it easy on mental stimulation during training this week.. I am no longer hearing the song from my hardest set of the day in my head, waking me at night..that's a relief.

Test in a week, knowing I won't have to work for the rest of the year after this work week.

Is this the kind of sled that runs on gasoline?

Nope it is not the kind of sled you would do cresting with.

Although that would be cool..I am simpler than that.
