Get a running start and see how high I can go, simpler step back to what I know works with a better understanding of how it works.
I stalled out at 315x5x5 a couple of years ago.
Also want to see if low bar squats irritate ac at all in isolation.

It seemed about the right dose.
No pain in the ac joint this morning. No pain after the session. This is a relief.

Hard to be precise in this range. Felt like speed work. Maybe should try high bar or pauses to up the RPE a little. .or 20 singles on the minute to get more of a power day feel. Easy day.
