Thanks, I lament the missed opportunity to properly work my competition deadlift, overall I have kept a disciplined approach and this was an exception.

One more good session this 4 the week of accumulation

June 19 ,2014. Last day of accumulation ( skidding in sideways and smoke coming out from under the hood)

    TRAC
Your stress trends have been high. Reduce training stress by 2 sets where possible or aim for minimal fatigue. Also consider skipping supplemental exercises.
Also, tiredness has been high. Try to take a nap today.

    Combined stress: 5.5 High Stress
Weekly Avg Stress: 4.3 High Stress
    Recovery Rate: 5
    Fatigue load: 6 High Stress

secondary squat/ pin squat no belt, no sleeves45x5,135x3,225x3
    275x3@7.5
    285x3@8
    270x3@8

primary bench assist/ PRESS45xx5,95x4,115x3,135x3@7 ( whoops working with 4 rep goal mental sloppiness creeping g in)
    150x4@8
    160x4@9
    152.5x4@9

That's it. This past week was stressful in training and at work with a touch of insomnia Sunday night and last night. I took a half hour nap pre workout. Feeling tired and joints are not happy today.

Food, rest, heavier weights and less overall targeted fatigue to come

Says I am a mess and to keep fatigue minimal , that's fine as it fits into this weeks plan. Low stress

comp bench 1 ct pause every rep45x15,135x4,155x1,175x1,205x1
    225x4@7
    240x4@9
    235x4@9

    comp deadlift135x4,225x3,315x2, 405x1@7.5.
    425x4@9.
Stop / back is already fatigued I'm Happy to get some tight reps off the floor. The back takes the longest to spring back from a lot of fatigue. I still owe some supplemental work this week

    Supplemental bench. JM press
Working to find form and good weight to start with
    45x8,65x6,85x6@7
    95x6@7.5
    105x6@7.5
Well that's enough, being conservative I will apparently add weight in the coming weeks.

    A few curls

Strong work on all lifts, man. I have been using JM presses too, but not at your weights. I started paying attention to the exertion levels, though, in my last workout. Very interesting.

What did you decide on your next comp? Last time I asked, I think you were trying to decide between doing Masters Nationals or a smaller meet but I couldn't find that post. You have a planned peak coming up in next month or two? Seems like you would be headed to PR's in about 3-4 weeks based on being done with your accumulation..

July 27 I will be competing at the Colorado state games. A USAPL meet At the national strength and conditioning association headquarters in Colorado Springs.

I am poised for a pretty good spring back from fatigue training by that time. Intensification time!

You're going to kill it, Bryan! I'm looking forward to seeing the run up to the meet.
