Sinus infections are No Bueno! Have a great vacation... Come back fresh

    Back from vacation
Prep week after 12 days away from barbell( I did some work on the ship gym but nothing notable.)

Tuesday 19 May 2015. Eze back in.
No TRAC or hrv data need to reestablish baselines.

    Squat
    45x10,135x5,225x3,315x1
    385x6@8
Took off squat shoes and did a couple of sets in skate shoes( walmart "starter" brand)
    315x1
    225x3
Those were fast.. Can't say it's the shoes because fresh after a heavier set but will play around with some more, I seem to get a better rebound out of the hole, but again, not enough data to be certain it's the lack of heel rise.

    Pull-ups.wide grip
3 sets, Numbers not listed, let's just say that I have some work to do and need to practice keeping my shoulders active to keep my shoulder happy at the bottom.

    Press
    45x5,95x3,115x1,135x1
    145x6@7.5

    Some band pull aparts.

Waiting for my bodyweight to normalize to assess vacation damage( still losing water) lots of Fun.

Shoulder is held together by ice and ibuprofin. I am starting the scheduling process. Visiting my primary care physician Friday just to talk about it. The fact is I cant make any bench progress with it like this, and the day to day pain is becoming a distraction.
