Big sandwich down.. They say you adapt to force feedings and get hungry after a while. I look forward to that adaption.
4 meals got me to my current weight, but if I want to fill out this weigh class it's going to take a commitment for number 5

I am not a light or fickle eater...I am just stuck.

I would be afraid of failed plumbing during squats.

    Tuesday 2 February 2016
    Bwt 225

    Normal wu

    Bench 45x5x2,95x5,115x5,135x3,155x1,185x1,205x1,225x1
245x5x3. Pr ever which way. Getting hard and on the verge, trying to eat through it but will go to weekly progression upon a failure which I would like to stave off for a few more tries.

Light Squat. Squat wu no belt or sleeves. 135x5,225x5
    315x5@7,335x5@8, 345x5@9,325x5@8 n
It is time to once again get deliberate about my training and apply myself to the squat. I have been coasting through rehab since it put extra stress on the shoulder. It's time to see how things hold up to real work.
This should help my bodyweight as well.

    Chin-ups
    6,6,6.
I have always been an oddball being weaker at chin-ups than pull-ups.

    Bwt 222.8.

    Standard warmup and shoulder Prehab

    Bench press
    45x5x3,95x5,115x5,135x3,155x1,185x1,205x1,227.5x1
247.5x5x3. Technical failure on the last rep of last set with some bridging.

    Squat 135x5,225x5,315x2
Add belt and knee sleeves 365x5x2,365x7@9, 365x3

    Pull-ups, 8,6,6,3,2

So I think technically I have been grinding enough the past few sessions and the LP is for practical purposes is over for my training age. Starting to get beat up and I did what I set out to do which was to exceed previous working weights and reestablish a base.

I am real happy, now I need to play some waves and undulation as grinding constantly for very small incremental gains Is for younger skeletons than mine.

Not really happy with the way squats feel and how I feel from them. I can account for that with the bad cold I had, the IT band issue and probably slacking off too much for too long. I hope to get back to previous working levels quickly but I will be smart, start low and aim high. It doesn't take long

I have been accumulating some fatigue and wear from pressing and benching and I want to play it smart with my shoulders so my approach may seem a little conservative but I would rather spend time in restoration, or focusing on hypertrophy from time to time rather than grind into the operating room again. I can't compete if I am injured.. Damn the approach changes once you are in your mid 40s. But it takes along damn time to fix stubborn denial.
