Decided a simple and short day, something I have see around..I needed a mental break from sets across today.
Deadlift with belt and squat shoes

495x2@1010 pr double+10
After a heavy 5x5 squat day Monday and carrying over a little fatigue my top end is going up.

Fun outside in the sun.. Pretty day and trained outside.
Backward sled rows (good back volume with no eccentric stress)

Suitcase plate carries
60'x8 non stop alternating hands
Rolling triceps and seated Hammer curls.. A bunch, just chased a pump and some fatigue.
Some trunk work and flexibility.
Caught some rays..vitaminD
Smoking a brisket today.
That sounds like a great workout.
Thanks DV.. I worked hard this weekend on some landscaping projects..a little beat up and under recovered. Taking a week of recovery work.
