I Continue to add reps - 6 weeks ago I could barely get 95 for 6 on LTE. Every time I add a rep to the work sets it seems to be enough to drive another rep the next time.lol @ arm work novice progression.
Decided to work up to singles on warmup of the primary lifts for practice and to begin to set benchmarks For whenever I decide to measure or compete.
SLDL s were brutal I was a bit underrecovered, I had many late night and early morning calls and worried texts this weekend with family in corpus and Houston.
