Just aweful, I hate myself for thinking it up.
Not as much work as I intended but this feels like a good stopping point today. My Intention is to still hit comp lifts once a week but my assistance movements for the bulk of the volume will be much less specific and more varied for the next month. An 11day cruise at the end of the block will remove me from the barbell, I will probably benefit a little shaking some aches and pains.

Had a poor rest last night and my heart rate was a bit elevated through the day, work stress is a factor. Almost pushed today’s work back a day but decided it is the same work if I feel good or not, I cut 1set from my planned deadlift work.
