    It hit 112 at work today..
    In a groove but not a rut with this pattern, when the progress stoops I change variations and maybe add a set to 1 or 2 slots right now I am happy with progress and not dying,

    On the recovery front. For the past year I have been frustrated with my sleep time with my Fitbit sleep tracker.

    Apparently I do fine with 7 hrs and recover from life, play and training but having had an artificial goal of 8 hrs was continually frustrating as I would fall short even when I had a very restful sleep. I am resetting my goal as 7:15 for a weekly average. . Still trying to force some discipline but setting a more realistic expectation.

    Basically I simply train every other day while at work after 12 days and 7 sessions I am ready for a two day break. Next session in New Braunfels on Wednesday. And a couple of weekends with a gym that isnt open Saturday and Sunday. Who knows I may take a fishing charter during a weekend and miss a planned session..
