    Easy 315 front squat for fun after back squats.


    Second single with 170 press. First was much faster and smoother, but messed up recording. Things is, I don't even train the press, but I get PRs on it every ten days or so because of bench progress. My max two months ago was just 135 for the occasional single.

    Personal Record for the 2-second (cough) paused Olympic-style squat. No belt and naked knees!

    I also benched a PR of 265 x 2 (touch and go) before this.

    I am doing a raw w/ wraps meet in the APA dammit. And I'm going to total 1300 lbs in the 198 dammit.

    Here are my thoughts on the subject, along with some video comparisons of my old low bar and belt ways with 405 and my more recent manhandling of 315+ high bar paused and naked. Just in case you happen to give a shit. :-)
