    You can PM stef.

Also I wouldn't call a 350 bench rather weak. Relative to your other lifts, I would say your deadlift is the weakest link.

But maybe you have T-Rex arms :-)

Yes my arms are rather puny to say the least.
Saturday is the big day opening with 475 for squat and DL and 320 for bench
The singlet is not very flattering and rides a bit high anteriorly!
anxious about the meet in a good way

You have to detach yourself from the pressure a little. Almost a don't care attitude. Let yourself have fun. You love to lift, so enjoy it. Do that, and you'll do better than you even expect. Also drink more water/gatorade than you think after weigh-ins, but don't flood your stomach all at once.

Just another day in the gym, but more fun. Take these thoughts to bed tonight and rest easy.

Well in my estimation it was a success. the weirdest part was squatting. I am used to the cage in the corner of the gym, no mirror just a brick wall. So standing there in a singlet with the rack, I felt naked on the edge of a cliff!

I PR'd my squat at 510, PR'd my pull at 515 and stayed conservative at 340 on the bench.! I was 9/9...I was told I was the only one!

All in all I had a blast and met some really great people. the next meet is in november, I would like to come in lighter and definitely stronger!!!

There is a gal at my gym who is 7 weeks out of a Strongwoman contest...she has been giving me decent advice on training and supplementing some "some strongman lifts" into my workouts.
Walked about 20 feet with a Yoke and 4 plates not easy at all! followed by carrying a keg...her thoughts are to increase grip and core strength.

Congrats on a terrific first meet and PR's to boot! I recommend taking it easy the first week back in training as I tried to get going heavy right away and set myself backwards instead.
