    FEELINg like crap, mild sore throat, fatigue...ugh chillin for a few days called in sick today...maybe tomorrow gym.

    yes it was my Lyme disease acting up kicking my butt but I am able to do some stuff. Ill give it a go tomorrow and see what happens..November contest..on hold? not sure yet

    got in to the gym squatted 435 for 5...felt weak and off balance the whole time
    I ordered squatting briefs from Inzer...ok how do i put them on i couldnt pull them up past my thighs! my arms dont look like they'd fit through the leg holes!!!

    Since my last post i had to reset I am stronger and feel somewhat better than I have in the past few weeks. New antibiotics helped! Today I squatted got 425 for 7! far from where I was but it is going in the right direction!

    getting stronger...I did not do my competition this past weekend. I wasn't going to break any PR's so i let it slide

    @ weeks ago felt a "pop" in left hamstring, lateral aspect, gonna try dl's tomorrow
    Squatted 465/4 on tuesday no issues.

    starting strength coach development program
    down 10 lbs
    There is a new contest in my area in April! shooting for that
    I am doing a 531 prgram
    today was deadlift day
    it went something like this
    205-5
    257-5
    305-3
    365-5
    445-3
    488...I was supposed to do this, but mis counted and had 495 on and hit that for a double!

    then 3 sets of pullldowns 10 reps
    3 sets cable rows 10 reps
    3 sets barbell curl 5 reps
