yes it was my Lyme disease acting up kicking my butt but I am able to do some stuff. Ill give it a go tomorrow and see what happens..November contest..on hold? not sure yet
got in to the gym squatted 435 for 5...felt weak and off balance the whole time
I ordered squatting briefs from Inzer...ok how do i put them on i couldnt pull them up past my thighs! my arms dont look like they'd fit through the leg holes!!!
Since my last post i had to reset I am stronger and feel somewhat better than I have in the past few weeks. New antibiotics helped! Today I squatted got 425 for 7! far from where I was but it is going in the right direction!

488...I was supposed to do this, but mis counted and had 495 on and hit that for a double!
then 3 sets of pullldowns 10 reps
3 sets cable rows 10 reps
3 sets barbell curl 5 reps
