Turns out I have an impingement in my right shoulder which has been nagging for months...xrays done...perscribed and anti inflam cream hope that helps...can't bench but I can do push-ups go figure

pulled 505 for a double! an new PR for me!!!
tomorrow I squat --goal 500X1
FAILED on the squat had 505 on and i moved it down and up but very ugly not happy
As I suspected partial tear in my right rotator cuf..supraspinatus ..with assorted itis and osis type words. waiting for ortho appt to get a shot!
took some time to rehab...shoulder feeling better started benching ...light...worked up to 205 last workout. I am back on SS trying this squat three times a week thing, supposed to hit 3X5 for 430...sounds doable. very hot and humid for NY this time of year gonna sweat like a monster..gym has no AC but who cares!

hit 445 3*5 was stoked that was tuesday!
thursday came could barely lift 450 for one...ugh not enough sleep? not enough food? try again next time
