Are you doing football this year? If so, camp's in what, two weeks? You should be tapering off the weight room work somewhat and sprinting your balls off to get ready.

The lumbar pull ( diagnosed via webmd) will have me out until Monday. 2 a days start a week after that. I gotta at least maintain during football because junior year is ostensibly the most important year for high school sports and it'll be the only year ill have to show college coaches if I'm good enough to consider college football. ( couldn't play earlier for irrelevant reasons). And the galaxy sounds like a damn shame.

In regards to being stronger than most, I've come to believe I'm a "gifted athlete". I use rip's comments in his Kirk karwoski interview as a baseline for this. Kirk claimed a 300 lb. untrained squat (rip referred to him as a genetic freak) and I got a 250. Not as good as he was, though I imagine a 250 untrained squat is still pretty good.

Well, the football season has started and I'm approximately 100 percent fucked. I didn't pass my physical due to an alleged skipping of beats (this does not exist in reality) because I was nervous. My mom refuses to let me get another physical until the cardiologist sees us and tells us its okay for me to play football. I predict that this will take like a dozen weeks to get finished and by then the season will be done and my chances shot. So, yeah. I'm fucked. Apologies for venting.
