Impressive stuff Goat, how long you've been training for? And what stats did you start at?
Started lifting in June of last year. Starting lifts were a 250 squat, 210 bench, and 315 deadlift. Messed around with 3x10 for a while before I actually learned things.
The whole physical thing got resolved much more quickly than I had imagined. My mom let me get another physical from a different source and the only point of contention was my blood pressure.
Sadly, a few hours after that, I screwed my knee up squatting. Third time this has happened. It goes away in a week/week and a half. It seems I pretty much just jump from minor injury to minor injury.

So I suggested a change in programming to the coach who handles the powerlifting/football workouts at our school and further mentioned that we should move to the Starting Strength workout. He listened and agreed. So, now we may have a whole football team of Starting Strength converts. Just maybe.

Moving to power movements for clean and snatch because I don't want to do anything too violent with my knee like this.
Knee's feeling nearly 100 percent again. Just popping if i squat deep with narrow stance. Havent been able to get the workout to the coach yet. Tuesday seems most likely.
