Thank you ALL so much! I still keep thinking about the meet! I am bummed about that squat, but really the whole experience is so great! Chris, I did see that squat. WHAT?!?! I didn't watch any squats until after I was done, but I was at the beginning of that flight. Competing WITH those women was pretty cool.

Good day! Kept myself moving along, then taught the first day of our new lifting class. It's packed and we had a great time together. I have about 8 people who have now been doing SS training for 4-6 months and then a new class of 8 new lifters. More gainzZz all around!
